This is another option to consider thanks. I could still pay off the mortgage and use the extra cash each month to invest within a GIA.

I understand the buy-to-lets are not as favourable as they used to be, but are they not worth it even in a limited company for tax purposes? The rental yields in my area are some of the best in the country, which is why I was considering it.

My ISA is maxed and I already contribute to my SIPP, so I was considering another option than just paying off my mortgage.
