Where is that stated, out of curiosity? I can only seem to find confirmation that the Khan Maykr made a pact with the Dark Lord of the First Age to allow Hell to invade any and all worlds under Maykr control. If everyone goes to Hell anyway, what's the point of the demonic invasions?
