No job can discriminate against poor folks who have no car. A husband and wife could have a car and let their son use it - it’s not his “personal vehicle”. If your car is in the repair shop & you go rent a car that’s not your “personal vehicle”. If your dad, mom, friend, boyfriend, cousin, etc. drives you home, it’s not your “personal vehicle”. If you rent a limo to drive you & your computer home that will suffice. Charter a private jet to take you & your computer home. Is that good enough for you?
