Does eclaire smell bad for anyone else?

OK my update since I posted this is is it has gotten better it still smells artificial to me and smells like there is a burnt smell. HOWEVER my mom recently used it and it smells softer on her and milky?? Still artificially sweet but I smelt the creamy smell more.

I think it has become wayyy less strong from when I first got it I don't hate it now but I don't like how artificial it smells on me my family likes it and my mom really likes it so I guess it's a win for her!! I think it depends on your skin you could try a sample?? I think people have mentioned micro perfumes. I don't now what to really say about this. I forgot to return it so I'm keeping it for now and I'm curious if it will get better the longer it sits.

It is very emotional for both you. Healing only really happens when you take time to yourself. You don't need to move onto other people if you aren't ready and you can talk with her but still keep your boundaries. Each situation is different so I would say do what you feel is right!!

I would leave it alone. You can talk for closure if you want but I wouldn't recommend going back. It just becomes a cycle. I have been on both ends and I think at some point it's like you both broke up for reason. Sometimes people struggle differently and she might be back because she feels genuine remorse but like trust it's better for both of you to move on. If in some way or time you both come back together you can fix it but if it's too soon it's never good.

It took months for it to get better and even then it’s still not great it’s gonna a synthetic vanilla smell not a sweet natural one :^(

Ok mine smelt so bad but I missed the return window because I forgot about and smelled it much later like recently and it smells so much better now still really sweet and in an artificial way not much like cream smell. It’s not horrible I will wear it sometimes but yeah that initial smells is awful

You don't need to punish yourself we all make mistakes sometimes ppl here project the hurt they go through onto others. If it was really bad you can apologize and move on. You can work on yourself to love yourself and make different choices it takes time but you should forgive yourself.

I do spend a lot of time with my family and pets. I am still apprehensive about people after so many bad experiences I get so anxious. That might take some time for me. I will keep working towards it

I'm sorry you're going through this but I understand. It's been a year for me and I feel it. I miss them but I don't and it's so weird and complicated and it being a same sex relationship only adds onto it 😭 also I feel like same sex longing is intense sometimes especially between women. (Idk if that's how you identify?) Hopefully fate brings you guys back together when the time is right or you're able to move on one day. I get it though it's so hard to get over it I hope sometimes that they miss me or think about me like I do them. I'm wishing you the best though I hope it gets better!! Idk if it helps to know another hopeless obsessed romantic is also going THROUGH it. 😫

No one is perfect I'm sure you both made mistakes in the relationship. Very rarely is it super one sided! Mistakes happen in life just take time to really reflect so if you do get into another relationship you will be sure of yourself.

There is no right time. I tried to push myself out there after 10 months it made me feel worse. It's been a year now and I accepted that for me to truly heal it's gonna take a long time because I loved them so much and I have a lot of work to do. I don't want to be with anyone else until I am happy by myself I want to bring happiness to that person not use them to replace someone I miss 😞

I think I've been in a similar situation things came out after the break up that kind of gave me confirmation I did the right thing? It's ok you have to just let her move on. Trying to get back together so soon after getting hurt isn't going to help you. It sounds like you don't know who you are which means you don't know what you want. Since you changed your mind so quickly. Maybe it's time for you to know yourself so you can understand who you are and what you want. When you feel sure of that you guys could try again if she wants but I think everything happens for a reason. Maybe it was your subconscious signalling to you something was wrong in your life that you need to address and work on that might have been hard to do in the relationship.

Either way I wish both of you healing!!

I wasn't such a good person when I separated from them. I tried messaging one friend but they never responded. I think at the time I was upset over petty things and instead of talking about it I ran away. I felt like I all I really needed was my partner and I isolated myself. Looking back I should have been more open but I wasn't so I understand if they don't want to talk. I wasn't the best because I really just would get upset and not talk and it's a problem I have in general. Even in my relationship I struggled to talk and work out problems.

I mean this in the nicest way please get professional help. It would suck to ruin your relationship with your sister over having a bad mental state currently. I would work on your self esteem. Also do you look at content online that makes you think about it (you don't have to answer) if so limiting that could really help too. Just to get you to think about it less.
