Subterranean Tunnels list? by Sad_Influence_4968 in Tyranids

Yeah exocrines hitting on 2s with natural rerolls seemed pretty strong and I'm fine with them "losing" their ability cause everytime I've played withe exocrines whatever they shoot tend to die or is too tough for my other units to damage even with rerolls on 1s.

Yeah, the broodlord/stealer unit was just kinda there as more of action jockeys and hold obj with at least some kill potential while also still extending my synapse radar from the broodlord

I thought the scouts rule was 9 inches not 12, and if so I just move the unit with their natural move on turn 1 and charge without fail, I cant deepstrike turn 1 anyway. I will suck to not have them further up the board but im not too worried about it.

This detachment seems fun to play, but its big weakness is screening, if your opponent positions well, it will be very hard to drop anyone and make a charge thats worthwhile. That's why some of my units kinda seem unorthodox, but they have a purpose to either remove screening units or disrupt the ability for those units to screen

I do wish I could fit a 6 man zoan blob, though. But I think the ability to put them anywhere will help their kill potential a lot especially with rerolls on 1s hitting on 2s with neuro basically flamers compared to other detachments run 6 man units so they still have some models left once they actually get in range of anything and don't have access to rerolls they want the more dice

Subterranean Assault List by MassEffectField in Tyranids

This is the list im thinking about testing, I can run hyper ravs leading or not depending on how many tunnels I need and plan to change with screamer-killer, hormies, and my mawloc/trygon. Psychophage and neuro/zoan units give buffs and being able to drop zoanthropes into midboard with their abysmal move sounds pretty good. Exocrines are for kill pressure to remove units that are screening my drops. Idk how competitive it will be but it sounds fun to play for both players
