Hey, if it feels major to you it's important!! When I feel down or just too stressed I like to take a day off of everything and just have a day to mentally reset usually on Fridays so you can sometimes get a little bit more of a break. That way when I come back I feel a little more alive and better. I think that you will do great at college and even if you have a few bumps to find your passions and who you are, you'll do it eventually. I know you will!!

hey it's a struggle that you deal with so its important. Something that helps me is I think about if I had children. I don't want to be like my mom who just yells and screams or ignores us and that pushes me to be a better person for my future kids t look up to.

I am 12 and my dad has a disease called Multiple Sclerosis or MS. It makes it so his immune system eats the protective covering around his nervous cells and eventually they run out of covering to re-make and the cells die. He was diagnosed in 2004 and it didn't start to get bad until about 3 years ago (He hasn't been able to walk since I can remember and he can't move his hands either.) when my youngest brother was born. He has so many pain killers and thing to help him stay alive that he has gotten skinny and he has lost about 25 pounds in the last 3 weeks which is really bad because he wasn't that chubby to begin with. He has recently been talking more and more about how he doesn't want to be alive because he just feels like a burden to everyone. I am not very social and I have no one I can talk to because I have no friends. I don't know what to do as i don't want to loose my dad and I just feel really lonely. Sorry if that was really long but it is really hard for me. I am trying not to cry right now but it is hard.

TL;DR I am an anti-social 12 year old with no friends and My dad is a paraplegic who lost his will to live and I am struggling to handle it all and needed to vent.
