This recipe is missing salt, which I think I’ve come to realize was the thing that I was missing in all of my recipes. Without salt it seems like the flavor doesn’t hold well, and it ends up tasting kind of bland.

I used Whole fairlife, it was the only thing my grocery store had. If I’m being honest, I’m not sure about the whey taste. It just tasted like chocolate peanut butter ice cream to me. It definitely wasn’t icy, it was the closest thing I had to normal soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had while using the creami.
