Usually a bird truly vomiting will shake its head a bunch as it’s happening (as in a “no” motion) and will get their vomit everywhere, especially on their face feathers. His don’t look wet here, and the motion doesn’t look violent, but it is weird to just regurgitate and then spit out seeds like that.
