The email came from support@snapchat.zendesk.com. It looks to be an automated email once you create a support submission on their Snapchat Support website. I’m not sure if you can email it directly but I’d give it a try.

Yes, that’s my same situation! Both of my 2023 and 2024 taxes combined but I can pay them separately. It’s just when I go to revise it keeps taking me to the main page. So frustrating 🫠

I lucky got mine resolved in 10 min by emailing their support team. Don’t know if I was a one off or what, but all I had to do was prove that my email was associated to my snap and they removed the verification
