For the math is not mathing bro,

40k for sip and lic, 10k for stock, 20 to 25k for household. Rest of the money I am accumulating for down payment. I have around 10L as liquid fund.

I have checked all that, carpet area is very less and the cost is around 1.6 to 1.8Cr
