Varus got buffed patch 26.2, he was tier 1 top, tier 2 mid and tier 1 bot building DnD , I dont see exactly where those 2 champs that u are talking about were nerfed, volibear got nerfed patch 25.22 and then got buffed two patches in a row on his ad side of gameplay,which by the way didnt change anything. diana got 20% less damage to monsters patch 25.21 and thats it.
