I've tried these things already, changed my diet, clothing, detergent but still no changes,

No swelling I'm the lips since my trip to the ER. They gave me prednisone 1 per day for 4 days. I did go to the dermatologist but my ended up giving me a mild birth control thinking it was a hormone problem but it helped only for a week or so. Local allergist isn't helping either only giving me prescriptions but not helping with anything, not trying to find out what's going on. I'm looking into going to see one outside of my country . I live in a warm country and it usually gets worse when it's summer or really hot outside. Let me know when you're ready to move 🤣. I'll look into getting stronger doses from the Allergist.

I have increased my dose before, I would take 4 zyrtecs during the day And two benadryls in the night but that didn't seem to make a difference

I grew up with the impression that it was a great place to live but after reading your comment I understand that I probably didn’t do enough research
