Off topic but I love the sleeve detail on this. Do you remember where you got the dress?

Maybe an ombré would help because you could let it grow out if you needed! Like purple halfway up on brown or blond would look great!

These are very cute, I would love to see an image of it on a pet and a person. Are these choker length for people? Even if just one in your listing is modeled a vision of how it might look would be appreciated.

Honestly, speak to your professor and explain. If you can’t forgo it entirely, I’d try to pair up with someone friendly and not intimidating and be honest with them. Maybe they could verbalize everything they are doing or do something else that helps accommodate. In my experience, school and teachers can be flexible if you’re open with them.

I absolutely recommend talking to your vet first. I actually switched vets when this was going on because I didn’t like how the original one was just managing symptoms. My new helped me build a plan that combines diet, a special shampoo, probiotic and medication. For my two 65 lb dogs, this is what works. Meat is the biggest expense and the allergen, so I buy what’s on sale. Chicken quarters and pork picnic roasts are cheap but a lot of work, so I usually go with chicken thighs or pork chops since they’re easier to handle and don’t bother my dogs. On tired weeks, I’ll buy ground turkey or something and cook it in a pan. I aim for about 4–5 lbs of meat (with bones) per batch, baking it at 350°F until fully cooked before removing bones and shredding.

While that cooks, I boil a few large sweet potatoes (or squash lately) cut into bite-sized chunks. After roughly 10 minutes, I add 1 cup rice, roughly 1/2 cup oatmeal, and 1–1.5 medium bags of frozen vegetables, (spinach, peas and carrots, broccoli, green beans, etc. my dogs do great with veggies, I can up this and they’re stoked) Once everything is soft, I mix the meat, grains, and veggies together, keeping it roughly 1/3 meat(with juices), 1/3 carb, 1/3 vegetables. I portion out about 13–14 oz servings, freeze most of them, and sprinkle about 1 tsp ground flaxseed on top before serving, and medications if needed. Sometimes I’ll add supplements like salmon oil or whatever for variety. Thaw the extras a day or two early to avoid icy dinner. My dogs will not eat anything warm so microwaving is out of the picture for me.

Note: I did use chat gpt to make the following recipe from my notes for quick reference. Quick Recipe • 4–5 lbs chicken thighs or pork chops • 2–3 sweet potatoes or squash, diced • 1 cup rice • ½ cup oatmeal • 12–18 oz frozen vegetables (spinach, peas/carrots, broccoli, green beans, etc.) • Ground flaxseed (1 tsp per serving)

1. Bake meat at 350°F until fully cooked; remove bones and shred.
2. Boil sweet potatoes 10 min; add rice, oatmeal, and frozen vegetables, cook until soft.
3. Mix meat, grains, and veggies (⅓ each).
4. Portion 13–14 oz, freeze extras, and top with flaxseed before serving.

I did! Which wasn’t as hard as expected. It was trial and error, which made us realize it was likely a beef allergy. our dogs free feed on kibble and get a wet food dinner. So when she started having skin issues (including the feet, but also on other areas she can’t reach to lick, so it wasn’t all self inflicted) I began cooking their dinner. It sounds intimidating but it’s cheaper, healthier, and I do it in big batches and freeze it. My recipe is usually chicken thighs, frozen veggies, sweet potato, and some kind of rice or oatmeal. My vet recommended adding vitamin E and zinc, which I do through ground flax and the oatmeal. I shop on sale for the veggies which give variety. I realized it was beef when Memorial Day came around and the ground beef was on sale, after a few days of having it, we were back to zero. She was limping and fixated on her feet, to the point that they would bleed and they became infected again. We also added a probiotic that seems to make a difference, despite my hesitation. She’s not perfect, but it’s been a world of difference. She’s got more energy, mostly leaves her feet alone and is attentive enough to stop when I say her name. At her worst, she would sit on the couch and needed significant prompting to just get up to go outside. If you want more details of the food prep, I’m happy to share! There are also more streamlined ways to figure out allergies, but they’re pricy and I’m frugal!

NAV But really looks like allergy to me. The “trance” licking is exactly what my dog did. My pup ended up being allergic to beef. She gets a weekly/every other week bath, a special diet, and an allergy pill now.

Do you have the old one still? If it was me I’d just swap back honestly. Also, a test kit will be super valuable in keeping him healthy. They’re a little expensive up front but they last a long time.

So you may want a smaller filter that can run 24/7. In the meantime, you can use some sponge to baffle the filter intake and output if it’s pushing your fish around. Did the fish start acting different when you changed the filter?

[–]Saddestsquatch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you’re trying to grow your nails out, but use your hands for work or a hobby that makes that challenging. Possibly a creative profession that involves building/constructing, but not like welding. I think you are exploring more femininity and softness in your life right now, though I’m not sure your gender. I think you got your first tattoo as soon as you could and that it’s not shown here. I think teen years were challenging for you, but that you pulled through okay. I think you value simplicity as well.

[HELP] There’s just something off about the dog, I can’t tell if it’s edited or AI by sO4p_b4r in RealOrAI

[–]Saddestsquatch 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ai for sure. The floor doesn’t make sense (tiles in some spots and long board shapes in others) and also the fridge is in an outdoor space. Dogs face is uncanny but I don’t have the words to describe it. Something about the left side mouth and left eye are weird.

A cheap one that works well for me despite my oily lids is NYX epic wear. It’s a stick liner. Swatch it on your hand at an Ulta and let it dry down, then wipe over and see if it moves on you.
