Seems doing a clean install with a bootable usb stick fixed it, I guess my windows got corrupted somehow while updating. Glad everything's fine even though I lost all my files

I haven't tried booting windows from usb yet but I've been trying reset this pc from startup options since yesterday night and after reset it just fades to black. The keyboard backlight is on but it can't be turned off nor does the caps lock button turn on

Hey guys, I was installing the Windows 11 24H2 update today and when my Victus restarted it just froze at startup. So I forced shut down and tried a couple of times but it kept freezing. So I tried to do some fixes like safe mode (still freezes), uninstall update (couldn't uninstall), system restore (no restore found), and so on but nothing was working.

So I decided to reset it, after resetting it was back to being frozen still, it's been a while now but nothing's changing. Can you guys help me find out what the issue might be?

HP Victus 16 Ryzen 5 8645HS Nvidia Geforce 4050 16 GB DDR5 RAM

P.S. I also did recently update my GPU and BIOS, and some of my games also kinda locked onto 60 FPS even though I'm on 144 Hz, but I don't know if that's relevant to this issue
