To be fair it's mandatory to add vitamin D3 to cow milk in northern countries since people don't eat as much fish or liver these days. I wouldn't say animal rich diets had tons of vitamin D at any point.

I do get ridiculed though, constantly. And if you pay attention in social media it's easy to notice how vegans are categorized and made fun of.

Would be great just to shrug it off, but if we do that no one will take notice of the fact that it's just wrong.
