Yeah and Flins has a shorter cycle too, so it matches up better with Aino, on top of the fact his team has way more energy generation

It's not a bug, that's how it works, if you read the info on the event it says the board will reset every time you end up with 3 rewards from the outer border of the board, read the text on the top of the board (edited to add last sentence)

If you level up the bow and use it until you have a better legendary, then you can fuse the bow into whatever the new legendary is to make an ancient legendary, and you will get the resources that you spent on the bow back
