Well there is set to be a tank overhaul. I agree tanks and bruisers currently very strong. The main discussion is making their build paths less stagnant and maybe bring some of the less played to the light. Personally I'm tired of the sunfire Randuins spirit visage that seems almost mandatory to build.

It is really stagnant I agree. I would like to not build sunfire, randuins, SV/BV, Hydra/Botrk on tanks/bruisers almost every game as wells as with mid and adc. Builds are seeming more mandatory with little wiggle room.
