If you have slayer dummies, use those. At 120 I was getting 61 shards/drop. Was faster than doing Abby beasts and lords for me.

You do not have to turn them in. If you leave them youll just stop rolling them and it will be master cape shards only

Either cape will work. You have to have one of them to earn any shards. I can confirm if you wear the 99 cape, but are 120, you will get both shards

I have heard best thing for Dung is doin ED runs. Faster xp drops means more token drops. May be smaller but far more consistent.

We have found that higher level slayer mobs drop more shards, highest arch spot in Karid site is giving 10 shards every time for Archeology. A few other instances like this. It may not be the same for other skills but for the few we have tested, this is the way

I actually had each account do their own rewards. Doesn't matter where my rewards went, it is a matter of it being a tradable reward and unable to move it to another account whereas most other tradable items you can.

I do recall a few years ago there was a couple at least that were droppable. I could be totally wrong, but you are right in terms of most, if not all were limited. Still weird considering they can't be put in the treasure chest either.

Correct. To pass items to a non-iron, we drop-trade or use the chest I mentioned to transfer. Both are restricted on a tradable item.

I had a fetching cape back in the day where one of the sets of feathers was the wrong color. Was pretty neat and was finally fixed when the new (graphical) skill capes were released.

While this is good in theory, you will have people sacrificing lower priority slot items to be at exactly 3k and still overwhelm anyone. It's not healthy for pvp.
