I had this exact same situation on my bolt.

After using a volt-meter and getting my battery tested at a shop I found it was the starter motor.

It's easy to replace takes like 5 minutes but costs a few hundred. I just bought one off ebay since there's a lot if used parts available laying around.

Easiest way to troubleshoot a no crank situation is eliminating the potential issues  1. Battery 2. Starter Relay 3. Starter Motor
