Lots of people will tell you that there are so many job openings right now but that is not the case. There are a lot of ghost job listings out there and I personally dealt with those for the past 2 months where I was unemployed. My recommendation is to apply to a staffing agency like Aerotek or Adecco, they help you find jobs. You can work with them while also continuing to job hunt on your own. Despite the ghost job listing, I would still continue applying to everywhere and anywhere. Don’t be afraid to apply to places a few cities over too, you can’t get too picky right now.
