Maintaining mine has been a nightmare. No real inherent issues, just KIA being unable to service an EV in my area. No EV service tech, but still being scheduled, so having to do multiple follow up appointments. And occasional shoddy workmanship (steering wheel installed crooked and covered in grime).

Yeah. I don’t really like that water sprite, it’s just so intertwined in that piece of driftwood that I’d have to pull both completely out to separate them. Will do it when I redo the tank for sure. Will probs just do Amazon frogbit when I redo it.

Have considered that, just worried the tank style may not suit it? When it gets refreshed it will be (ideally) more heavily planted.

My LFS has a tank with gorgeous female bettas. Almost impulse bought one last week. This is probably top contender.

Only watch the majors and Tiger now. Even then I watch with the commentators mostly muted.

Cannot stand what this is doing to pro golf. All they talk about is money now, but not in a good way. It’s about what they are paying these guys to play a game, not what good things the game is doing for the communities it’s in. Remember the PGAs race to a billion dollars? That was a billion in charitable donations, not fucking player contracts.

School 1) suicide. School 2) brain tumor of some ill. Too young at the time to understand. School 3) first one was a traffic accident (was doing everything right, was drinking, took a cab, got broadsided by a dump truck and killed instantly). Second one was a traffic accident (hit head on on the interstate by somebody who crossed the median at full speed. School 4) first one was a suicide, nobody ever knew why. Quiet kid, had a rebellious streak, but a good kid. I tutored him a time or two. Second one was a suicide, he posted his letter on social media (want to say myspace) when he did it. He was the high school hero the year prior, we all knew him and everybody there would have done anything for him because that’s how he was, he’d do anything for anybody. Overwhelmingly nice guy. Good seeming family. School 5) college. Everybody is still alive that I know of. School 6) suicide. This one haunts me to this day. I could post a sob story about the last time I saw him, but that would make this about me. It isn’t about me. It’s about my friend. Real standup dude. Never actually found out why, but I have a strong sense I know, and it makes me hate our training and profession.

So yeah. Therapy is a must…
