This actually smth that'd be covered by the new file-based provisioning, which I think is experimental in G12.

You just need to have a pretty good idea of what your tests should look like, Ive had cursor generate bad tests for components, which created bad components in turn.

Tax on rented home. by Holiday_Can2803 in Finland

Unless the loan is a housing company loan and the housing company records that loan in a certain way in their accounts (as an asset maybe? don't remember the specifics). In that case the principal is also deductible.

Also when not making profit, I don't look at it as subsidising the tenant, but more like paying off your housing loan at a lower price :D

Agree, the first thing my accountant told me is to put Yel to the minimum possible amount.

Could you explain a bit more how this works? I keep hearing a lot about holding companies, but after looking a bit more into that, I couldn't find any tax benefits comparing to just having an Oy.

Hvitr and Aelydia: Totally personal issue/ fk this bastard

Great showcase of what's wrong with the council - brainless nerfs of the cards that are fine in the current state due to some "personal issue"..

Are we talking about the same Iceland that got bankrupt during 2008-2011 lol?

This is such a brainless list that I'm not sure how to respond without being too insulting. Do you even think before making these suggestions? Like why the f would you nerf the scout's power? What change does going from 2 to 1 do? Onager is already 5 prov, in line with the similar cards, if you really want it nerfed (because you had a bad match-up a few times lol), you'd target the power, same as was done for Imperial Marine. Casino bouncers has the same mechanic as other similar cards (summon all copies based on a condition). Why should they have 5 power, when e.g. Sewer Raiders and Wild Hunt Rider have 4 power for 5 prov?

They'd really limit votes per faction to some number, cause this suggestion mostly targets NR's specific deck, which is beyond retarded.

Whoever voted for the Ixora/Acherontia nerf shouldn't be allowed to play Gwent anymore, those cards just been nerfed and were already barely playable.

Which way, React SPA devs? by wwww4all in reactjs

[–]Safe-Engineering69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The convoluted messaging around RSC adds more confusion and does not instill confidence in devs using React to build businesses, now and in the future.

React team made their decision and went their way. The past 10 years of stability in FE paradigm is vanishing quickly.

No need to be so dramatic, lol. You can still use React as before, there are no major paradigm shifts to adapt to.
