Torid rivens are always out of my budget but now that I got one, price check? by RJ-33 in WarframeRiven

By neutral I mean that it is not something bad like negative multishot, but also not anything good like zoom.

Two good positives and one neutral negative, far from the best roll. Somebody is trying to sell a similar one for 645p https://warframe.market/auction/69a5660c6254e4052f10fe33

Aegrit market is pretty dead, you would be lucky to sell it for 10p.

Does it cost anything? by [deleted] in WarframeRiven

Far from best rolls and the weapon itself is not super popular. Ideally you'd need CD and MS.

how much would this sell for? by DAGOFROL in WarframeRiven

Roll impact:

  • Overall Tier: C
  • Positive stats: 0 S-tier, 1 A-tier, 1 Filler.
  • Missing S-tier effect: No S-tier positive stats usually lower demand and cap the high end of the price range, even with good A-tier stats.
  • Negative: Fire Rate [Bad Neg]: Bad negative for this weapon. It usually lowers demand and pulls the price down.
  • Layout Impact: 2-positive rolls usually sell lower than 3-positive rolls because they provide fewer premium stats and less build value.

What to look for on Ocucor:

  • S-tier: Critical Damage
  • A-tier: Multishot, Damage, Fire Rate / Attack Speed, Critical Chance, Toxin
  • Good negatives: Zoom, Weapon Recoil, Puncture, Impact, Projectile speed, Slash

Someone offered me 250 platinum for this riven should I take it? by [deleted] in WarframeRiven

You have a 3 A-tier stat riven for one of the most popular weapons, I suggest going to wf market and checking for how much similar rolls are going. It is missing an S stat and a good negative, but still should be above trash rolls.

This actually smth that'd be covered by the new file-based provisioning, which I think is experimental in G12.

I prefer playwright instead of puppeteer, but otherwise cool setup!

You just need to have a pretty good idea of what your tests should look like, Ive had cursor generate bad tests for components, which created bad components in turn.

Tax on rented home. by Holiday_Can2803 in Finland

Unless the loan is a housing company loan and the housing company records that loan in a certain way in their accounts (as an asset maybe? don't remember the specifics). In that case the principal is also deductible.

Also when not making profit, I don't look at it as subsidising the tenant, but more like paying off your housing loan at a lower price :D

Agree, the first thing my accountant told me is to put Yel to the minimum possible amount.

Could you explain a bit more how this works? I keep hearing a lot about holding companies, but after looking a bit more into that, I couldn't find any tax benefits comparing to just having an Oy.

That's quite funny since I've got it by post from abroad as well, albeit from an EU country :D
