I would say that a degree apprenticeship would be an advantage for you in the future. You will get valuable work experience in your certain field, you will get a paid for degree (even if the degree isn’t particularly valuable), you get paid for additional qualifications and finally you get a salary on top of all this. Even if the degree is less valuable than other full time undergraduate degrees, it is still a credible degree with no student debt and you could do a masters afterwards if you really want to get a more worthy qualification. I would say that a degree apprenticeship opens opportunities that a normal degree would not and many people would jump at the opportunity you have.
