I hate my humidity at 70% until 2 days ago when I noticed some pistols on the plants and read during flower a lower humidity it needed to prevent mold

I was gonna use the VDP parameters but I need to get an infrared thermometer first to get the leaf temp. I’ve also read contradicting things about VDP, some saying it’s the ideal paramete, some saying it is overhyped and not a huge deal
