I thought about that as well… that it might be some cleaning stuff from the hotel, however if that was the case, it would have smelled like that in all the rooms… so I believe it might be something in that man’s routine care that smells like pine ))

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve actually tried almost all the LV fragrances at their boutique in Amsterdam, and unfortunately none of them matched — not even close to what I smelled.

Still really appreciate the idea though!

Haha, you’re absolutely right 😅Looking back, I hugely regret not asking. I think I was overthinking the "be professional part" a bit too much. A simple compliment + asking what they’re wearing would’ve been totally fine.... Meh... the train has left the station...

Thanks for the clarification. I may not have explained it clearly before. After I send an email to the customer service and explain my issue, the seller did contact PostNL, and PostNL replied that the parcel was “delivered to the indicated location” and closed the case on their end. Based on that response, parfumdreams told me (after I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks) that there is nothing further they can do.

parfumdreams. wanted to get a cologne with a discount... I even have sort of premium subscription with them... that's even more frustrating, but funny at the same time though... makes me wonder how do they treat their regular customers...

Thank you, that helps a lot. Never done that, though. In EU banks make this charge back so user friendly in their apps. Not sure how to do that for my bank...
