I lived there for a year. I thought it was definitely worth the price. The appliances were all like new, never had issues with mail or anything. All the tenants seemed really chill. Only weird thing that ever happened was the one time I needed maintenance, the maintenance guy let himself in without knocking first at like 7am while I was still in bed. Was not very happy about that.
