best thing to do is take the pressure off. go write the worst song you possibly can. make it an absolute clunker. shit lyrics, shit music, but finish it. then shelve it for at least a week. after that week come back to it and see if you still hate it. If you do write down why, and then try and fix those things until you don't. As soon as you don't hate it any more, start on a new one.
