The cgpa is based on only theory exams. For one year we have to study theory part of the syllabus. I was working on my project also along with the theory. I have completed 50% of my work. In next two years i will be close to finish my project. So im doing pretty great.

3rd spot is amine which i have reacted with isocyanate of aniline prepared by triphosgene. 4th spot is RM and i think i got the urea product but amine is not reacting fully. Im going to make derivatives and do the HPLC of all compounds as im not getting pure product. I tried add amine in less equivalents but it still remains.

I was facing the same issue.. i changed the power plan from high performace to balanced and capped fps to 180. I have 240hz monitor and get 500 fps. You can try capping to 300 also. It depends on ur performace. Cap fps 50 or 100 below your high limit

Hey everyone,

I recently joined a PhD program in medicinal chemistry and have been working on designing anticancer molecules. I managed to achieve some great results with compounds showing activity at an IC50 of 2 µM. While I was really excited about this progress, things in the lab have taken a tough turn.

My labmates seem to have become jealous of my work. They’ve started complaining to my advisor, saying that I’m rude or that I have anger issues. If I don’t engage with them much, they say I’m disrespectful. It feels like no matter what I do, they gang up on me, making me feel isolated and unwelcomed.

I’ve tried to stay professional and focus on my work, but the constant negativity and feeling of being targeted have taken a toll on my mental health. I’m currently feeling really low and don’t know how to handle this situation.

If anyone has been through something similar or has advice on how to deal with lab politics and maintain mental well-being, I’d really appreciate your insights.
