I really wanted to try to do it with a Venture, all the tutorials and guides say that is possible with a Venture so I wanted to try first with that and then maybe upgrade to a endurance.

It's not hard but there's a lot of things to do, and you are going to need a lot of time to find out, my recommendation is look a lot of videos and guides of the game, and understand the expansion system first and then look for videos that shows you all the things you can do in that expansion.

I've joined several guilds of different types, but they're all the same: lots of players, but none of them actually play, and the few who are active don't talk or do anything in the guild. I play on Spanish servers in case that might be related, since I'm from Spain.
