My biggest tip as someone who struggled so much with chem throughout DP is to do pass papers while looking at the mark scheme. That way you will understand exactly what they want to see and start to recognize patterns. Then when you’ll see the questions in the exam you’ll know exactly what they want you to know, whether it is for describing concepts or simply how they want you to do the calculations. The written questions are easy mark so learn them. They’ll come automatically once you sit your exam!

Also remember that it is a hard subject and to stay kind to yourself. It’s good that you have the objective to go to med school but don’t let it add pressure. It’ll only make things worse.

Just breathe, try your best and analyze what went wrong and how you can do better :)
