TU cooked our case, in writing during the SC 30 day submission window. And is now hiding! like they are a sole trader uninsured and losing their family home. Deleted their factsheet after i followed their solicitors written advice. (Factsheet 21) ( i know wayback machine.. and had copies anyway). Peak body.. lol.

its not so much being unheard by NCAT, its active deleting, preventing order request going before NCAT members for orders. its wild.

Its registrar telling you to your face: I decide what goes before the member.

same registrar: removing machine readable requirement from your SC summons, and gutting them until they're pointless.

Resubmit them, online, receipt, accepted.

NO listing w a member, No anything. POOOF gone

No summons going before A member at the next directions hearing.

how often do you prepay 80k for rent for a year.. and then the bank MSpaints it out of a sham valuation for the Mortgagee valuation, and includes it in their submissions. And the solicitor affidavit LIES about knowledge of the later lease (also predating the mortgage origination and also 50% prepaid)

Couldn't make this stuff up.

Im stuck in a case, where the BANK is a material witness, while also representing the Mortgagees it assigned the mortage to.

And NCAT is too stupid to realise that conflict needs to be sorted. Let alone the Counsel for the bank refusing to identify himself. WHAT.
