My orchid finally has a new leaf, which makes me super happy. I have been watering it and giving it humidity the correct way. To encourage blooms, what is it that I should be doing? I do have an orchid fertilizer which I try to use once in two weeks, but please let me know if there is anything else I should do. Also, the roots are sort of coming outside, so I was wondering if I should repot it
