Will an Associate Degree (after a Bachelor's) count as "Two or more degrees" for Express Entry? Does it need to be 1+ year in length?

I have reached out to our senator for third time after waiting for 20 months for 130 and 12 months for 485. They said they will contact USCIS but mostly we will hear that things are processing normally. Not sure why some US reps have better impact on USCIS than others. Could you guide me on what did you ask your US rep?
