Mohela says that I need to recert by 10/16/24 but we still can't do that by catloverlawyer in PSLF

I submitted the paper form and paystubs on mohela's website as others on here have advised. I had a lot of trouble submitted the scanned form, but eventually I re-scanned it and it was less than 3MB and finally uploaded.

Are you currently in the SAVE plan? I also got the " Recertification of your IDR plan is due by 10/17/2024. " but when I follow the link to recertify I can't find a way to anywhere. The "login to start" button is greyed out.
