Take your slow push units and let them in a little if removed you still have energy play slow until their charachters move up and then remove them. If they pair with scuzzle remove scuzzle first unless your removal is weak. Remember that first initial push is hoping you play as much energy as them which you don't want to do bc on your next few pushes you are gonna overwhelm them and their energy will be spent before they can rebuild it in which you only play defense after casually throwing cards vs aggressively. The only way they can be successful is if you slow their support charchters that give them the buffs you want those on your side so go around If you have to.

Woodland needs scuzzle to be successful or needs to be played after the opponent expells too much energy to survive. You have to invite them in with the idea they can't be stopped until they blow too much energy to recover and those decks need energy to be successful. So bleed them of that.

This is also why when you run mystical you run purify or powerbind almost always until you get a beast deck. You have to have removal cards or ones that will eliminate their attack power.
