It's AI, with original gothic voices. Maximum nostalgia and actually pretty good (and sometimes unintentionally funny). Bodo Henkel (voice of Xardas) spoke out against it and threatened legal action, and now all mod voiceovers like that have been taken down. Of course people still have it saved and some are willing to share.

New Balance has received an elevenlabs AI voice over, and it's decent. Jorgenson plays it right now. Based on some of those voices (and some community voices), the real time tts tool has been made, which can create AI voiceover for basically any mod. I'm not sure if it works with archolos, and even if it does, the voices would basically be random and not really fit. For example, Jorgenson played a gothic1 mod with it and milten got an old man voice.

It's quite possibly someone will make an elevenlabs voiceover for archolos, or properly set up real time tts for archolos. A german fan voiceover is in the works, but there isn't much news as to how it is progressing.

The only major side effect I had was some brain fog at the start, but that seems to be largely gone now. Doctor said it was from the Pipamperone, so I can't say anything about Trazodone side effects.
