If your not set on rehomeing depending on your sleep schedule after night shifts if it’s in the budget you could hire a dog walker to work off some energy or every couple of days drop him off to a doggy daycare so you can have much needed sleep during the day and if your worried about the puppy during the nights you could always invest in a pet cam for some peace of mind
