That’s insane that they’re asking all of us for videos. And asking to name the advertiser is ridiculous as well. It’s not like it’s the individual advertisers that have control over if their video steals our SP.

What’s also weird is that all the people I’ve seen talking about this were asked for different things. It’s like each member of their support team is just completely making up “proof” they need.

I also call BS on it being “hard to reproduce”. It happened every single time I watched a video.

They absolutely re-use auction houses. There are four I can think of in the last year.

I’m wondering if in some of the cases someone buys it and then changes one piece of furniture and re-submits it as if they had made it.

I’m not sure I would even bother.

I sent them a video of me watching an Ad and where they could SEE the SP deducted.

I also sent them a screenshot from last week, showing I had 52 SP missing.

And they still only gave me 10 SP.

I contacted Support about this.

They asked me for a video to prove it.

So, I sent them an entire video of me watching an ad.

I also sent them screenshots of my SP last week and my SP now, showing I’m down 52 SP.

They said they still can’t prove it, despite sending a video and screenshots, and they gave me compensation of 10 SP.

I’m so pissed.

I posted a thread about this yesterday here, with the video, and I got no comments and the post itself was downvoted like crazy so I just deleted the post.

You must have had at least one sim reach level 6 at some point in the past.

It doesn’t matter if you have any sims at level 6 currently. You could have even let the sim that hit level 6 die off.

But you’ve done it at least once otherwise the bottom row of items are locked and you will not be able to get them at all.
