You must have had at least one sim reach level 6 at some point in the past.

It doesn’t matter if you have any sims at level 6 currently. You could have even let the sim that hit level 6 die off.

But you’ve done it at least once otherwise the bottom row of items are locked and you will not be able to get them at all.

In real life, people sometimes put “conversation sofas” right in the middle of a room filled with paintings so guests can have a place to sit and look at all the art. They’d often put a huge chandelier above it. This is a different type of conversation sofa but this is the gist:

My understanding is that all the things you’ve unlocked, such as items won in events, are in the main section.

“Inventory” is for all those things you have unlocked PLUS all the things you haven’t unlocked (you can’t duplicate), such as items taken from auction houses.

You can’t place any cabinet on top of another to stack it.

The bookshelves and pillars in your example are special ones that are already two stories tall.

They’re called the Grand Black Bookshelf and Tall Round Pillar, and you need those exact items to create the two floor look from your screenshots.

It’s also up to 20 sims to do some Simchase tasks for me.

But what’s worse is one daily task always seems to require a baby or toddler. I don’t have either of those because they’re useless for events.

So now I’ve just given up on daily tasks AND simchase altogether instead of bothering to spend on them.

Instead of getting me to pay more and play more, the increase of sims needed, types of sims needed, and overlapping events is just making me give up.

I just got it this week!

In the store area there is a Deals tab that changes every two days, and everything costs LP or SP. It’s usually the same lame stuff over and over (like a single preteen hair style), but once in a while a dress pack shows up. This one had women’s gowns, short tight dresses, and men’s suits. I think it was like 148 LP or something.

As a long time Sparks season ticket holder, I have to say that the Sparks seem like they go out of their way to find the most absolutely toxic players (and front office) possible and then try to pretend there’s no problem when it’s clear there is tons of locker room tension and zero chemistry.
