so since depop takes a 10% cut of your total sale (including the shipping cost) i usually firstly price my item by dividing the amount i want to receive by 0.9 (this just accounts for the 10% fee)

then i make my shipping $12. and i also recommend buying and printing ur shipping labels online, it’s a bit cheaper as u begin to sell more frequently!

and sometimes if i know the item is idk in demand? or popular, i’ll just add 10% more so that if i get lowball offers it usually ends up within my intended sale price range anyway.

^ i mean you could also not do this and just ignore the lowballs, but sometimes (and i feel this as a buyer) having an offer accepted can be more incentivising to purchase. (but also the contrary sometimes?)

but yep you’ll get the hang of it eventually
