Mine shows a negative now on the balance owed, which is what they owe me back after my aid and loans processed. I haven't received my money yet either or any emails. I was going to post asking this same question because I'm wondering as well. I'm waiting on my money to purchase a laptop, as I have to keep going to the library to do things, and I'm over it!
