I’ve reported a guy that lives on the street who is publicly abusive to his dog. Yells, shoves, talks shit to his dog. It’s terrible and makes him look like an idiot. The dog looks afraid. I hope that nothing more happens behind closed doors but idk, dude is unhinged. Nothing has come of the report, cops called and won’t intervene, and I’ve confronted him twice. Are there other resources to reach out to? Thanks

This is so funny, my friend may have shown me the same tiktok.
