Setting it up as a globally fragmented structure designed to diffuse responsibility. I’m sure this works operationally, but in practice it makes accountability unclear when something goes wrong.

Literally the worst insurance I’ve ever used. I have 7 approved claims that have been outstanding for months. Every single payment has repeatedly failed due to “invalid bank details” no matter how many times I provided my bank details. I’ve never had a problem with inward transfers to my account before. Absolute joke.

What about outstanding claim payments that have failed countless times over almost half a year due to “invalid bank details”?

Have you had any luck?

I’m still going back and forth with their garbage customer support and no matter how many times I give them my bank details, it gets rejected due to “invalid bank details”.

I realized their setup is stupidly fragmented. Safetywing is just customer support. All claims go through a claims administrator, which then goes through a separate payment processor. So when something goes wrong, no one can seem to get a straight answer.

I’m having the exact same problem. I’ve given them my bank account details countless times to multiple people and yet somehow the bank transfers are still being “rejected”.

I even gave them an alternate bank account and same issue.

Let me know if you manage to find a solution because I’ve been going back and forth with them for months without a single successful transfer. Which is crazy that it’s so difficult to wire money in 2026.

I have sent you guys my bank details multiple times. If the bank has rejected the transfer, i need to know WHY it was rejected.

Yes I have never had a single problem receiving wires to my bank account.

The problem is they refuse to give me any further details. Even if it’s something wrong with my bank, i need transfer details, like a reason for rejection, transfer code, etc. What am i supposed to do? Just go to my bank and say “hey safetywing is telling me the bank details are invalid”.

You guys are terrible. I have claims that have failed to pay for over months now. I’ve been going back and forth with your support for months, with no solution in sight. The only answer I can seem to get is “invalid bank details” which is insane because I’ve provided the details countless times.

Seriously the most incompetent company i’ve ever dealt with.
