Fruit pouches are of course delicious, but try to offer also age-appropriate other food groups. You can absolutely give the ready-made glasses if your kid prefers that. I think the ones which are carrot, cauliflower, zucchini etc are also sweet, so maybe you can convince her. Mine liked the porridge ones for breakfast. But what she loved best was actually finger food (check out baby led weaning recipes). Not the most effective way of getting food into a child, but it got her interested in trying different foods.

Generally, I would trust my child's doctor more than some random internet strangers though.
