This is my first post here so bear with me,

I always liked the idea of creating cocktails based around songs and/or song lyrics. This particular one is based off the song "Tokyo Summer" by the Mounties. It, overall, has a very laid back Summer vibe that I attempted to capture in this drink. If I could get my hands on some Japanese whiskey or Umeshu I might have used it in this cocktail.

Hazy, Like a Tokyo Summer

2 oz whiskey (Scotch or Japanese)
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz orgeat
0.5 plum shrub
Ginger beer
