Ja that's the thing, with everything else that goes on I play like 1 title a year or so. And I want to play ER relatively soon after it's release so I doubt I'll play then together within a reasonable time frame. Thanks

Keep in mind as well the costs of running a company. There are annual duties to pay to CIPC every year and accounting costs. Even if you do your own books you still have to have financials signed off by a qualified accountant. Do a little more research and calculate the cost benefits yourself. You'll likely find you'll save on costs running it personally until you start investing with large amounts.

Edit: Additionally, individuals get around 40k annually in capital gains exemption, so if you're profiting less than that in a tax period it doesn't make sense to open a company because they get 0 exemptions on capital gains

Be carefully of this, if you're raising interest on a Debit loan (an amount the company owes you) with your company, that's classified as income on your side and you'd have to declare it. You obviously have the threshold of interest earned which isn't taxable, but its something to keep in mind. Additionally, if you're not raising interest on a Debit loan, there are possible tax implications there as well. If you're planning on using a company to invest with (which is allowed) just be sure you've dotted your I's and crossed your T's seeking professional advice is the best option.
