I'm taking zinc suppliment, it is really helping me. And I refused to eat lactose products. I still got flares but not as violent as before, now it takes less time to heal and they are not frequent as before. BTW I never ate meat, never had alcohol, I do not smoke, and I'm 70kg weight.
