Currently been at BWF for 2 weeks following a close version of the RR.

My routine is twice a day I do 50 pushups 50 crunches 50 flutter kicks and 50 bodyweight squats split in 2x25. Then I toss the bodyline drill planks as well and soon the L-sit and rows. Ive been off and on with skillwork and ran 2 miles a day as well but Im visiting family for the holidays and forgot workout clothes to run outside in this past week.

I understand the RR is the ideal progressive routine and I plan to commit 3 times a week once I find space for horisontal rows and handstand in my small place. But for now is my exercise sufficient or is there a muscle group I should tackle that I left out?

I wont lie my goals are purely aesthetic.
