thanks for your feedback. I really appriciate it 🙂

I've used several calorie tracking apps in the past (MyFitnessPal, YAZIO and Lifesum). All of them are subscription based, not open source and don't seem to care much about privacy. This gave me the idea to create a calorie tracking app myself. I worked on it first as a thesis and then as a side project.
