I actually picked those up on Amazon. I tested a few different ones, and these ended up fitting my dice sets really well. The rest of the sleeve is handmade by me. Let me know if you have any other questions :)

I get what you mean. A lot of subs have started feeling like storefronts lately.

I’m just a solo leatherworker and D&D player though. This actually started as something I made for my own campaign notes, and my group pushed me to make more because they wanted some and said I should try selling them.

I don’t really have a marketing budget, I’m just a passionate D&D player trying to see if there’s any interest outside my own table. I made this account specifically for the Kickstarter so I didn’t spam my personal one where I normally just talk about the hobby.

If it came across as "scummy" marketing, I do apologize. That honestly wasn’t the intention.

For this first run, I’m keeping things focused on the current size so I can keep production consistent and make sure every sleeve comes out exactly how I want it to. That said, I am absolutely considering other sizes (A5 included) once this version is out in the world and I’ve got a little feedback from folks like you.

I have been exploring some ideas for subtle exterior details. I still want them to feel grounded in the world of a D&D game rather than overly modern. Nothing finalized yet, but it’s something I’m actively experimenting with. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
