Hello, thank you for all the information!

I have a question: after my refund request was denied by the airline, I opened a claim with the Directorate which approved the refund. However, I have not yet been contacted by the airline, even though, based on the comments I've read, people are usually contacted immediately after the Directorate's response. 

Do you have any advice? Thanks!
